Rosie Toes-ies
I love arranging flowers! I started floral design back at BYU a couple years ago, and I still enjoy it! Actually, I've wanted to do wedding flowers on the side. Last weekend, my Aunt Dorene had me do flowers for my cousin's wedding open house, and it was so fun!! The colors were gold and shades of pink, so I kept it simple with roses and wheat :)
Before....and after:
10 bouts, 5 lapel corsages, 4 wrist corsages, and the bridal bouquet!
It was a lot of fun, but a lot of work. I need practice to get faster....but I loved it and can't wait to do another! So if you know anyone in need of wedding flowers--who doesn't want to pay a gazillion dollars to a floral shop-- let me know!!
Near the end of the wedding reception we headed to Dairy Queen with our friends the Andersen's. It was so good to see Brandon and Lindsay, and we got to meet their sweet baby boy Grant!
They're buddies already!! Blake and Grant are exactly 3 months and 8 hours apart---to the minute! :)
Also, someone has found his toes-ies!!
...and it's pretty darn cute! I especially love that now, instead of rolling around during diaper change, he holds his own feet for me! What a gentleman :)

Such beautiful flowers. I can't believe Blake is eating food so well. Ty is 7 1/2 months and we are barely getting him to eat just 2 Tablespoons once a day of a fruit or veggie. What's your secret?
