My Parenting Secret Weapon

EUREKA! Oh happy day!! This week our home has a nice boy and a much happier mom now :) My mom gave me this book when I was pregnant with Blake. I read it, enjoyed it, and planned to use a couple techniques when Blake was born. Well, he's now a busy, bull-headed toddler, and lately I've been feeling frazzled more days than not. Had I been using the Love and Logic methods I planned on? Not really....I forgot :) So last week I pulled out the book again and devoured it! The light bulb went on!!! It's genius, yet so obvious. It helps with potty training, temper tantrums, bedtime, whining, time outs, hassle-free mornings, arguing, and simply making good choices. Even really young kids can learn through actions, consistancy, and love. So, if you feel at your wits end, give this a whirl!! I HIGHLY recommend it. It's only $15 on amazon.com, and I can attest that even though some stories and methods are super cheesy, they work! Kids love them!! Just I thought I'd share my new parenting bible with the world!
