FLYING BY....

Time is going by so fast!! Winter might be over before it even gets here ;) We're quite disappointed with Mother Nature and the lack of snow. We've been dying to go snowmobiling at the cabin, and I'm starting to wonder if we'll even get a ride in this year. All it does is rain, but it's better than nothing! It's just been really weird to play outside in 50* weather on a January afternoon!
We've had a lot of fun with family this month. All the Sorensen's came home for New Year's Eve. The menfolk spent hours playing Rook that night while we women chatted and chased little rascals around :) It was fun to spend time together eating, shooting hoops, and smacking a pinata!
We've spent time in Burley when Abi & Liza come home with their roommates/boyfriend! We went bowling, played ukuleles, and giggled like sisters do! Blake sure loves all his "Abi's!" He's such a funny kid.
Still has a shoe fetish (he's wearing Nene's heels as I type), talking up a storm, and shooting hoops as much as ever. He loves to cheer "Go Jazz!" when watching games with Daddy. A couple weeks ago he started trying to "dribble" to his little hoop. He just shakes the ball up and down while running up to the basket before he shoots it in! It's HILARIOUS! He had all sorts of fun with his boy cousins last week in Pleasant Grove.
We went to Utah for my dear friend Jules's marriage to Jeff Blake. (I stole this pic off facebook. I think Jeff's brother took it.) The sealing at the Timp temple was so sweet, and the two make a fantastic pair! And the bride was hot, of course. Their reception was at the Provo library (holy gorgeous building), and I am so happy for them!!! Between weddingness, we spent time with the Bones' and catching up with my siblings at BYU. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Blake! The only thing that could have made the weekend better would have been a 49s victory ;)
Aaaaand I finally took a belly pic at 17 weeks. My belly button is officially an "outie" now, and I'm feeling large BUT pretty good! I've felt the baby moving for over 2 weeks now, and Blake loves to "pet" Baby Roo :) We'll know by Valentine's Day if this little sweetie is a he or a she! Also, hopefully by then we'll also be closer to being homeowners or getting a construction loan lined out. The next few months are going to be big ones for our family!!
